“I just had my fireplace serviced by Kevin at F & S Fireplace. It was a flat $300. He did a great job – the problem was a very dirty pilot light. He also inspected and cleaned all gas line and electrical connections (including the battery backup – who knew?) He pulled a bunch of junk out of the fireplace as well. We had no idea there was an extra bag of rocks, a manual, and too much ember fiber under there. He cleaned the glass and everything looks and works perfectly! He recommends a maintenance visit about every 3 years. Highly recommend!”
